Jay Odom, owner of the Uptown Station shopping center, was inspired to raise this 170 foot monument to the members, both serving and retired, of all branches of the Armed Forces, Law Enforcement and First Responders.
The pole weighs around 20,000 pounds and stands 170 feet tall. The flags that fly from it measure 50 feet by 80 feet.
