Western Style Broken Gable with Hay Hood Barn Monett, Missouri

This is one of the more unusual style older barns for this area.
Most of them here do not have the pronounced Hay Hood like this one does.
From what I can find this is a Western Style Broken Gable from about 1920's.
It just survived the recent Tornado being just a little south of where it crossed the road.
This one like most all the others is still in use by the local Rancher/Farmer.
We all still do many things the old way and need the barns for the storage of hay and grains for the winters.
I use mine all year long.
So do the Horse and cows.
As always have fun be safe and
