This is apublic fishing pier which offers a great oppurtunity for some freshwater fishing. Most any species of freshwater fish can be caught here as well as some salt water species. Governor's Creek feeds from the St Johns River so occasionally a salt water species will make it's way up here. During shrimping season this is a good place to use a cast net as well.
