This mural is located on building at NE corner of First St. and Broadway Street. The mural depicts a comic stagecoach and says “Welcome to Baker City on the Old Oregon Trail.” Mural was originally painted by for individuals nicknamed the Alley Cats in 1988, another group of six individuals apparently repainted it in 1995.
