This sit-by-me statue is a very large piece in front of the Westminster, CO College Hill library. I have noticed many children 'petting' the toys. This is an interesting library in that Westminster has combined this branch of their public library with the community college's (Front Range Community College) library. This doubles the size of the collection as well as giving the public easy access to the college library.
