The depot serves as the Osceola National Forest information center, which is open Wednesday through Monday from 9am until 4:30pm. Local partners and volunteers helped the Forest Service with the restoration of the depot. The interpretive displays in the center provide information about the roles the railroad and the timber industry played in the development of north Florida.
