This is the first in a series of milestones located along the A545 between Menai Bridge and Beaumaris.
The writing on the milestone has almost totally vanished and all I can make out clearly is a '3'. Looking through old maps of the area I found only one from 1914, which shows the milestone, but rather unusually there is no indication as to what was on the Stone.
