Tibbits Park is located along North Broadway and South Broadway in White Plains, NY. The park is very long, but not that wide, as it basically lies between major roadways in White Plains.
The park contains many statues and monuments as well as benches, checker board tables, fountains, gazebos, etc. It is a great place to go for lunch especially for those who work in downtown White Plains as it is within walking distance of the county buildings, courthouse, and three malls.
Although there is no real "entrance" to the park, the above coordinates put you at an access point at the intersection of Martine Avenue and South Broadway.
