ECV marker at the end of the block of only remaining buildings in what was a once thriving 'Chinatown' neighborhood in Visalia, CA. The remainder of the buildings were demolished in 1965. This marker was erected in 1977 by Dr. Samuel Gregg George Chapter 1855 of E Clampus Vitus.
