This Water Tower is best viewed from Interstate 110. On the South face of the tank it has a painting of one of the Blue Angels, the Navy's Flight Demonstration Team that are based in Pensacola. On the North face it has a huge pair of gold Naval Aviator wings painted on it, to pay tribute to all the Naval Aviators (and some Air Force ones too) that get their start at NAS Pensacola.
