Found this by happenstance while waymarking the church right above it. There is a lot of tree growth and it could be easily mistaken for a drainage tunnel but is not connected to a waterway. Instead, follow the path to someone's backyard.

I call this St. Leo's because it is right below the parking lot to St. Leo's church in Versailles. Not sure of any particular information becuause I can't get on the link to old train beds in Kentucky.
