This disk is located on the end of a bridge in concrete, exactly where you would think one should be (that's how I found it!). It is on Canton Road (623), across the street from the entrance to the Eagle observatory @ Stow Creek.

The disk is on the north side of the bridge. It dates to 1977 and is in pretty decent shape. The benchmark is just in Salem County (Lower Alloways Creek Township), slightly past the Cumberland County border.
