This tall free-standing bell tower is in front of the Cathedral of the Transfiguration in Uglich, Russia, a historic city on the Volga River. The four faced, ornate clock, showing Roman numerals is above the bell chamber. The cathedral and the tower were constructed in the early 18th century and the clock probably dates from that time also.
