Located in the back of an 'outlet shopping mall' and near the Galaxy Stadium Theater, this caboose was home to the Tulare Chamber of Commerce's 'Welcome Center'.
4/5/8 - I recently heard that this 'office' has been sold to an out-of-towner who will move it from here in the near future.
