This is the "Victorian Tea Rooms and Garden" located in the historical district of Orange California. There are many old structures in the area, this is just one of many beautifully restore buildings. I tried to get some information on the history of the building but the people that were there at the time didn't know anything and told me to come back and talk to the manager.
