DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1960 1.2 MI NE FROM VISTA. THE MARK IS LOCATED ABOUT 1.2 MILES NORTHEAST ALONG VISTA WAY (OLD 395) FROM THE JUNCTION OF SANTA FE AVE. (HWY 78) AT VISTA, ABOUT 135 FEET SOUTHEAST OF VISTA WAY AND 17 FEET EASTERLY OF CENTERLINE OF MEADOW LAKE DRIVE AND IN THE TOP OF THE SOUTH END OF EASTERLY DROP INLET HEADWALL.
