Here is the answer to my email to "Gaversbad" (Thanks, Anke!) :
"De fontein aan de toegangsweg tot het Gaversbad is van de Franse kunstenaar Fabrice Hybert. Het beeld werd ingehuldigd samen met de opening van het Gaversbad op 4 april 2003." which can be translated as :
The fontain at the entry of the "Gaversbad" is from the french artist Fabrice Hybert. It was inaugurated at the time of the opening of the Gaversbad on april 2003.
We found it while walking around the lake after finding the cache "kayackstash" GC4892.
