This survey mark is just outside the Peninsula Cemetary in Wheeling, West Virginia. The Survey Mark is a disk located in the grass between the sidewalk and the Cemetary wall. There was a foundry located at this site at one time. Blaw Knox is no longer standing, but was a foundary that employed many people in the Wheeling area, including my grandfather, who was a blacksmith.
