The Visitor Center offers interactive computer activities, exhibits, and videos to explain Toyota's industrial engineering methods--including team concept, production system, and quality assurance. A guided tour takes visitors through the stamping, body welding, and assembly areas, offering the opportunity to see "Kaizen" in practice. Kaizen is a continuous improvement concept aimed at eliminating "Muda," or waste, in all areas of production.
