R&R Motel on Route 40 near Dublin, IN - U.S. 40 - The National Road on Waymarking.com

Sad old motel that seems to have gone out of business. This is typical of the 1950-60s vintage roadside motels along the National Road, before I-70 was built. Many saw their traffic plummit when the big road bypassed them, forcing them out of business. I stopped for the old sign.
