This bell, in a stand in front of "its" church Farmers Branch, was purchased to go atop First Baptist's first church tower.

This bell is mounted in a frame that stands in front fo the First Baptist Church of Farmers Branch. A small plaque recounts a bit of its history:
"Mr. Noah Good
A founding member of this church, raised the funds for this Bell.
It was to be placed in the Bell Tower atop the First Church building erected in 1894.
The day the Bell was purchased Noah became ill. The faithful members labored around the clock to erect the Bell Tower and mount the Bell so Noah could hear it ring before he died."
