The Lowell Masonic Temple is large squarish building, located just off the intersection where Dutton, Merrimack, and Moody Streets meet.
There are four lodges that meet there:
Ancient York Lodge, which meets every 2nd Thursday of the month (most lodges in this jurisdiction meet from September to June)
Pentucket Lodge, which meets every 3rd Thursday of the month
William North, which meets every 2nd Wednesday of the month
William Sewall Gardner-Killwinning Lodge, which meets every 3rd Wednesday.
Other bodies, including Eastern Star and Scottish Rite meet in here, too. [I attended a Scottish Rite function in this building, recently].
The building was built in 1928, according to the year inscribed on the cornerstone. One striking feature is the columns on the front of the building.
