The Buckaroo is a favorite dive bar of the locals of the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle. If you call in advance and bring a group of 8 friends with you then the tavern will provide you with a full size cake, free of charge. Must be over 21.

The Buckaroo is a favorite dive bar of the locals of the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle. Prices are reasonable and you can't beat the neon sign that decorates the facade of the building. It's a community hang out and they feature pot luck Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners, Halloween parties, and most importantly for this category, a free cake on your birthday.
To receive that free full size cake you must be able to prove that it's your birthday and you need to bring eight friends to share the cake (and the beer) with you. You also need to give them one week's notice that you'll be having a birthday celebration at the bar.
