This is the name of a real village in South West Devon.
A short while ago this place featured in a TV advert where a well known sportsman had broken down in his car next to the sign. He phoned a breakdown/rescue company but couldn’t tell them where he was because he had his young daughter with him; he couldn’t say the name of the place within her hearing.
