Home to some of the largest basswood, cottonwood and maple trees in the area. Lots of well marked trails along the banks of the meandering Assiniboine River.
White-tailed deer, fox, owls, raccoons, beaver and muskrat are plentiful.

Activities: Mainly hiking and cross-country skiing. Also snowmobiling, fishing, canoeing, picnicing and wildlife.
