As it turned out, as I was photographing the sign, a breeze blew in and the surfboard acted as a weathervane much to my surprise and amusement. The sign is located on the north side of the Surf 'N Sea surf shop at the north end of the famous Anahulu (Rainbow) bridge in Haleiwa, on the north shore of Oahu, Hawaii.
