Way back when Cherry Hill was known as Delaware Township, this memorial was erected on the grounds of our Municipal Building along Mercer Avenue. It looks old and worn but still serves as a stern reminder of the dangerous folly of war and the price Americans have paid. Our town's residents still meet here at our townships original war memorials in celebration of Memorial Day. (see website)
