The carousel had been located in Mooney Grove Park in nearby Visalia until it was purchased by the City of Hanford and moved to its present location in Courthouse Square. It has been refurbished to near original condition, and is fully operational.
The Carousel is operated by the City of Hanford Visitors Agency. Hours of operation are on Thursday evenings from May through October to coincide with the local weekly Farmers Market. Rides cost $0.50 per person per ride.
The Carousel is also available for private parties by reservation (fee based). Contact the Hanford Visitors Agency
