This center is named for former sole county commissioner Frank Moore and is dedicated to his memory. It is a modern user friendly building which not only houses most of the courts of Bartow County but also most of the county offices. Security at this building is excellent and offers a safe and friendly atmosphere for all who visit.

One very interesting fact: This building was PAID FOR before it was finished... A rare fete indeed.
