This is where you’d go to get a Reader’s Identification Card allowing access to the Library’s collections. The Madison Building hosts rotating exhibits in various rooms. As with the Adams Building, the only exterior decoration centers around the entrance, which features a four-story bronze relief, Falling Books, designed by Frank Eliscu. The building also contains the Mary Pickford Theater, hosting free performances of various artistic events, and a cafeteria.
