Head on up to the 13th floor of Buffalo City Hall into the council chambers. The two-story room has a semi-circular shape with tiered seating. There are several Native American and art deco features througout the space. However, the most impressive element council chamber is a semicircular stained glass skylight. It is in a sunburst pattern and is located over the pit where the council members hold their meetings. The window represents "a glass sun, radiating its splendor in golden shafts across a blue-paned window."
