IN THE NORTHWEST PART OF BAKER, 115 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTER OF CHURCH STREET, 30 FEET EAST OF THE CENTER OF 10TH STREET, (U.S. HIGHWAY 30), 11.5 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF ROY AND OWENS TIRE STORE, 10 FEET NORTHWEST OF A FIRE HYDRANT, AND 2 FEET SOUTHWEST OF A POWER POLE, CEMENTED IN A DRILL HOLE IN THE CONCRETE CURB.
