The Newark Public Library is located at 121 High Street in downtown Newark. The current building the library uses was built in 1900 and has been the public library since that time. There is internet access here as well as daily newspapers from all over the country. They have an informational website that even has a special section for kids and teens, and a blog as well. The library also houses the Hoffman Clock Museum, which displays many old clocks and can be visited for free during regular library hours.
