Fuller's Mill was a two-story structure of sawn heart pine lumber built in the late 1800's on the site of an earlier grist mill. The original pine-plank creek dam was eventually replaced with a concrete dam, and the overshot water wheel replaced with a turbine wheel.
After a series of owners after the mill was shut down in the 1930's, the mill fell into disrepair and deteriorated. Eventually, the building was torn down and a valuable landmark was lost.
