Replica of the Vincentian Motherhouse Church in Rome, Monte Citorio. Construction began in 1827 and today it houses the National Shrine to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal.

It is part of the St. Mary's of the Barrens Historic District. The original architecture of the church was Tuscan Renaissance. Renovations in 1913 changed the front of the church to the Romanesque style. The Shrine was added to the church in 1929.
