Montello - Dam Fishing Hole - Fishing Holes on Waymarking.com

Wheelchair accessible, benches and railings along dam, picnic tables, canoe take out, boat landing is a little west of this location. You can fish on both sides of the dam or on the rivers or lake. The dam is extremely high right now so fish are trying to jump up over the dam. Fun just watching the fish in action!

Use minnows, waxworms, worms, nightcrawlers, fake frogs, spinners, or secret bait. Catching bass, pan fish, northern, catfish/bullheads, perch, a large variety with the different bodies of water.

Bait and gear can be purchased at Rendzvous Paddle & Sports on north side of the parking area, or, walk across the street to Holliday True Value.
