DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1984 20.5 KM (12.8 MI) SOUTH FROM MINERSVILLE. 20.49 KM (12.79 MI) SOUTH ALONG STATE HIGHWAY 130 FROM THE POST OFFICE AT MINERSVILLE, AT THE CREST OF A SLIGHT GRADE, 0.42 KM (0.26 MI) NORTHEAST OF MILEPOST 29, 27.6 METERS (90.5 FT) NORTHWEST OF THE HIGHWAY CENTERLINE AND 27.7 METERS (91 FT) NORTHEAST OF A HIGHWAY CURVE SIGN. THE MARK IS 0.4 METERS SW FROM A WITNESS POST. THE MARK IS 0.3 M BELOW THE HIGHWAY.
