This reference mark is located about 14 miles north of Lakeview on the west side of U.S. Hwy 395 at the Dick Creek Road Junction. The cap is set in a concrete post along highway right of way fence. The reference mark was set by the U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey in 1948 and was stamped DICK NO 1.
