Recently renovated--i believe that something was covering the ads, or the restoration 'brought them out'--and occupied by the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. As obvious in one of the pics, the corner in front of the building is a bus stop.
The grounds for the Lumber company surely occupied the whole block, to have all the items of that time period would have. Don't forget the asbestos ceiling siding.
