This right of way mark is located about 4 miles north of Valley Falls, Oregon along Ore Hwy 31, 0.1 miles north of Chewaucan River. The small cap is set on rebar about 20 feet east of abandoned section of highway centerline. The right of way mark was set by RLS 1664 for ODOT and was stamped R/W S12/S13.
