This is a vertical control mark placed by the US National Geodetic Survey at the SeaBee Monument on Tinian, in the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands, a little known part of the United States.

This is listed in by the NGS as PID DG4105. The following is a description of the Bench Mark's location from the datasheet.
THE STATION IS LOCATED NORTHWEST OF SAN JOSE IN THE KAHET AREA ON THE
ISLAND OF TINIAN, CNMI. TO REACH THE STATION FROM THE INTERSECTION OF
THE AIRPORT ROAD AND BROADWAY, PROCEED NORTH ON BROADWAY FOR 1.4 MILES (2.3 KM) TO THE INTERSECTION. PROCEED WEST AT THE INTERSECTION FOR 1.6 MILES (2.6 KM) TO THE INTERSECTION OF 8TH AVENUE AND THE SEABEE MONUMENT ON THE NORTHWEST SIDE OF THE INTERSECTION. THE STATION IS A STANDARD NGS BENCH MARK SET ON THE TOP OF BASE OF THE MONUMENT 6 INCHES ABOVE THE GROUND. THE MARK IS 2.2 METERS (7.2 FT) NORTHEAST OF A FLAGPOLE, 12.4 METERS (40.7 FT) NORTHWEST OF SEABEE SIGN 107 MONUMENT, IN THE NORTHERN MOST CORNER OF THE CONCRETE SLAB.
Behind the SeaBee monument is also a Reference Mark Disk.
The SeaBee Monument commemorates the Seabees that built North Field on Tinian. During World War II, North Field was the largest airbase in the world. US B-29 bombers regularly flew bombing mission to Japan from here towards the end of World War II.
