Just southwest of the Kinsman Free Public Library, in a private yard. Park at the supermarket nearby and you will be able to walk back on the street for an excellent view without intrusion.

All I can tell about the caboose is that it is a cupola style and it is unusual with its wooden siding. Perhaps that makes it older?
