This modern station, with an ample hall which resembles that of an airport, offers numerous facilities such as shops, bars and restaurants, bowling, parking, tourist and hotel information, left-luggage office, newsagent, bookshop, car hire, taxi rank and easy access to buses and tube (Chamartín).
At the ticket office the windows are separated into long distance and suburban (Cercanias) trains. As of September 2007, Segovia is served by a Cercania train.
