Lovely old building in Richmond, Indiana. The building is still in use today, with various small offices on the upper floors and also retail stores at street level. Notice the telephone exchange in the adjacent building. I assume the large poles in front of the building served the local exchange. The street in front of the building has been upgraded, but this lovely downtown area still retains its late 1800s flavor.
