This historic lighthouse is listed in The National Register of Historic Places. It is situated near the junction of Fort Mott & Lighthouse Roads in Pennsville, New Jersey. It is part of Supawna Meadows National Wildlife Refuge.

The Finns Point Rear Range served as a point of entry and exit between the Delaware Bay and River for maritime traffic moving up and down the river. constructed in Buffalo, NY. Moved from Buffalo to Pennsville by train and mule wagonIn 1950, after the Army Corps of Engineers dredged the river channel to 800 feet wide and 40 feet deep, the Finns Point range lights became obsolete. This light Station was established in 1877. Deactivated in 1950.It was automated in 1934. It has a skeletal frame and towers 115 feet. The original optic was a fresnel lense. Lighthouse is usually open the third Sunday of each month, June through September. Call for more information. 856-935-1487
