This building has seen many uses. Built in the 1800s, this building once served as the the Call Center and Fire Department for the city of Nashua. Later, it was the home of the American Stage Festival, a local professional theater group. Now known as the 14 Court Street Theater, it is used periodically as a performing arts center for Nashua's own Peacock Players.
