Mary Queen of Heaven Roman Catholic Church is located at N. First and B St., Sprague, Washington. In 1883, Mary Queen of Heaven Parish was established and a church was erected on this site. In 1902, the present church was erected and blessed by the Bishop of Nesqually. The church is Gothic Revival architectural style. The architects, builders, or engineers were P. L. Peterson and Herman Preusse. The church has three chimneys on one side and two chimneys on the other side.
