This cute home is located on a quiet side street between two busy one-ways.
While helping the owner repair a broken gutter downspout, I discovered that the original surf blue finish had been chipped in several locations by lawnmower thrown stones. A coat of matching surf blue paint was applied. Here and there the paint is starting to peel.
The interior is a lovely beige and has had no changes, even the original kitchen exhaust fan still works.
