The Pennsboro B & O Depot is at Broadway Street and Cillins Avenue in the borough of Pennsboro.
The depot closed after the Baltimore and Ohio rail line discontinued its service to the area, and today operates as a small community museum.
The B & O rail line is used today as the North Bend Rail Trail.
