USGS 1277 - 1900, Hawleyton, NY - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

This disk is not listed in the NGS on-line database. I noticed it on the Binghamton West quadrangle and decided to look for it. The mark is located in the Binghamton Township Historical Museum at the intersection of Hawleyton Road (Broome County 117) and Saddlemire Road in Hawleyton, NY. The mark is set vertically in the foundation facing North near the Northeast corner of the foundation. The mark is located just above ground level. The mark is stamped ALBANY 1900. The elevation stamped on the disk is 1277 which matches the topographic map.
